Eawn, I just use the basic picture upload when you click on advanced. I've seen all kinds of tutorials on uploading images, but the basic method seems to work fine for me.
As for the cap, you know my track record. I'm not qualified to comment but my guess is that it looks like a reproduction. Wait for the qualified opinions. Good luck, Al
