Modern copy. Wrong chinstrap, bad wreath/cockade. Looks like plastic binding to the peak, and the quality of the peak embroidery is very poor. Considering that Holters were one of the premium makers, I doubt they ever produced anything like this.
Go with your gut feeling.................mine says "run away" !
