Luftwaffe ATC "I Think"

Hi Folks,
Seen this and just wondered what your thoughts are, I think it's supposed to be ATC but not too sure, never seen one in the flesh only in images and all seemed a different green to this one.
The cockade seems to be on the skew.

Looks like a nice, early Sprengpfeil to me. Better wait for the specialists' opinion, esp. for the Waffenfarbe. I can't say whether this is jägergrün or Beamten dunkelgrün. Doesn't look like Flugsicherungs-hellgrün (light green) to me from the fotos see here:

I would say Beamte. According to the seller, "L.A Hamburg" = Luftamt Hamburg.

Yes I agree, possibly Beamte, but still appears too light, maybe Jaeger perhaps...

Here are a couple of mine, my Beamte is a very dark green, and an Air Traffic Control/Radar Units coloured caps for comparison....

Excuse my ignorance but was is Beamte, I thought that was just another term for officer.
