Luftwaffe Flak NCO schirmutze: good or bad?

Here are two pictures of a flak visor someone is offering me. It looks ok but everytime I ask him about the price he changes his mind. Its at $300 and something today

Also does anyone know anything about the maker? It seems to be of a little higher quality than some NCO caps.

It looks perfectly fine, but as you said closer inspection pictures would help. However the hat looks perfectly sound for a Christian Haug and the construction looks absolutely correct. I would pay $300 easily for it! Even on these pics
