M40 Shiffchen by Robert Lubstein-REAL OR FAKE?

Hello I found this "Shiffchen" M40 overseas cap, I have my suspicions on it, but I wnat to confirm them.
This cap is supposedly made by Robert Lubstein, in 1941. It has no insignia or traces of them, and looks tooo new to me, although it's being sold by a reputable (to my knoweldge) dealer.

Have you tried searching the forum? Use the search function on the top right side of the page using key words. You should turn up something hopefully
