M40 Shiffchen by Robert Lubstein-REAL OR FAKE?

UPDATE: I found the original advertisement on delcampe.net where the person currently selling it bought it, and now my suspicions are confirmed. The person who sold it has mixed repro and original items he sells as lots, and he didn't calrify what this cap was on his publication (but kinda obvious for the price). His username is andy77120

What is interesting is that the current seller has different 3 accounts, two on Argentina on different locations (although pictures taken on the same table) and one in France, and that after some other questions, (incluiding "Why the cap has no isnignia?" to which he answered that it was because it was for "normal soldiers"), he paused the publication. Still thansk for your help, wasn't going to buy it tho.
