M43 panzer cap.Real,fake or post war

Hello dear community of forum.
I started collecting military wares nowadays and i need some help from you.Some days ago, i bought an "M43, panzer" like cap,but im not a professional,so i can,t decide what cap is this.

This is indeed a post war cap. Note the air vents, full sweatband and plastic sweat shield and makers mark.

I totally agree with the full conclusion on this cap, however would i be correct in saying that a full sweatband can be seen on some original M43's, although in brown as oposed to the grey shown?

When did this cap produced?
What is it worth?
Why is it so similar with war era panzer caps?

It was made to decieve and was produced sometime in the last 20 years or so.

Value would be low, under $50.
