Medical overseas cap, named, original?

Wow, great, thank you all! This may be a long shot, but as it is named "Dr. Preiser" is there any way to find more information on this man?

Tracking individual German military men is an extremely difficult if not outright impossible task -even if you had his dog tags and full name. I doubt, very much, if anything more could be found for a non-infamous person like this man was.

Ok, that's unfortunate, I just thought that as a doctor he may have been more distinct than most. Still a nice piece!
