Not good IMO, not sure if they had HBT caps, but I'm sure this is not WWII German HBT fabric.

Looks like its been made out of Drillich fabric. These did exsist, but not sure they had the insignia sewn on like this. Maybe better pictures of the inside would help.

Looks similar to the RAD summer weight cap with Heer insignia applied - when is the question.
