Original Luftschutz-Polizeri mutze at Weize?

Here is a cap I would like to buy, but I have next to nothing/zero knowledge and information about it about this one. If anyone have the time to perhaps give me some info. on originality and "history" about this cap, I would more than appreciate it.

as far as i know if it is blue piped it is post war berlin police
black piping should be teno imo
there is a stamp inside, is it ppb? might be polizei präsidium berlin ,i can remember in an other forum i have seen something about it
but can not find it anymore
