original officers cap?

Hi there does anyone know if this officers cap is authentic please? I've been after one for a while and only ever seem to locate fake stuff which is getting me down This looks good to me but would love an expert opinion please. If it is good, any idea what a fair price would be please? Thanks and sorry for asking so many questions!! Jay

It's an NCO's cap, not an officers, looks ok from the pictures, a bit of moth track. piped white for infantry. Would expect it to retail about £300-350, maybe with replaced insignia

Looks fine, apart from the bad moth tracking.

Depends on the price, but the condition would put me off a bit.

Too much money in my opinion due to the condition.

Are you just after a white Infantry waffenfarbe piped example? As red Artillery piped examples often can be found a little cheaper.

Try the Wehrmacht Awards Forum Cloth Headgear E-stand. Those are usually priced reasonably.
