Pioneer Officers Visor, REAL OR REPRO?

Hello everyone, i have been stung lately with a few purchases.
So i thought i better ask for id on some of my other german items.
I mainly collect aif, but have ended up with quite a few german caps, helmets, daggers, badges etc. Mainly from the old diggers.
I was given this cap over 20 years ago, and i would like some opinions on it.

this looks like some kind of bundeswehr to me but not wwii, but better wait for more oppinoins

Weird cap and not good at all. Bundeswehr sweatband, fake stamp, TR insignia.
Run away from this one.

Thank you both for your help. Lucky for me that i was given this cap, so its no great loss on this one. I think i shall stick to vet bring backs only as far as german cloth headgear goes.

Yes, it is a postwar BRD hat reconfigured to be TR. It also has the dreaded "triple serial #s" on the sweatband--I have never seen these on a period TR visor (but they are very common on postwar Austrian and BRD visors).
