Hello all, I'm new here and recently bought this cap from a collection. Could the group please help me determine whether this is real or fake? Thanks in advance for your input and advice.

Looks like Infantry visor cap to me.

Hi, it is a very nice original Heer enlisted man's/NCO's schirmutze. Infantry white piped waffenfarb.

It is an issue example, as opposed to being a private purchase item. The real bonus is the name and unit on the paper tag.

Private Werry Walter, 7th Company, Infantry Regiment 104. (I think the last digit was a 4, but the paper is damaged with that corner missing. But looks like a 4 to me?) If so, here is some info on the unit:

Part of the 33rd Inf Div.

That's interesting.........just picked up this! nothing to do with the cap, which is nice, but to do with Inf Regt 10....................... close and welcome to the forum!
