The tag, sweat band and the ribbon in the back is off center?????

Attachment 953402The tag is fine, actually, despite I usually say it is not. The thing may have had the sweat band replaced, which is not the end of the world.
Is the sweat band stamped in some way?

..or someone added the ribbon at some point....

The cap maker is Schlienitz, Straubing.

Looks like a beautiful cap and in fine condition too. I would see no problems having this one in my collection.

As stated elsewhere, the cap is authentic. The verdigris on the runic stamp is hardly found in the legion of fakes.
