I would like to see much bigger pics.

The base material is original. But these can easily be made up from greatcoats.

The cap eagle is certainly badly sewn on and if original is certainly replaced.

It stands a chance. But I would not buy without seeing more.

I must admit that the eagle looks out of place in so far as there is a marked difference in the age effects to that of the skull, also the eagle looks like its had its neck rung ie very long

Looks like an authentic example IMO. The stitching around the eagle is a bit sloppy and might be post war done but it's nothing to be concerned about.
