Water or Fire Police Visor??

Have an opportunity to purchase this visor - I am new to collecting and must leave this up to the experts. Is this visor authentic? Is it Fire or Water Police Visor? Query gold corded chinstrap and gold insignia (first series). Also not sure, no colored piping on top rim of visor. Please advise - any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, James

P.S.: what everybody else will tell you: better photos (particularly of the inside) are needed for a final verdict

I agree with the above--it is a postwar Feuerwehr visor attempting to be TR--but the insignia/cords are not even close.
