    Looks like original Visor and everything unit marks in it? Visor looks reattached or replaced by one later. See what the experts say. I like it though. timothy

    A very real cap from the Infantry Regt. 55. It is an Extramuetze, i.e. the soldier bought it and had the NCO who watched over the regulations examine it, and you know the owner's name. It is of no account in my mind if the visor has been re attached. The thing was made a la Mode de Kupper.
