Hi

It's all been said, a very tired government contract cap made by wagner and issued to other ranks/nco only. The officers had to buy there own.

Regulations permitted nco's and officer candidates who had passed their exams/course and were waiting for a commission to wear the officers cords with their nco uniform.

This is way too much money and would be a challenge to restore but not impossible.

Plenty of fish in the sea, wait for the next and better one to turn up.
