    Thanks, Andreas and Ben. I have the Schlicht books, but did not look. The variations of colors, as in the reds, blues and greens, are always a joy to me.

    I've always wondered why this was. Are we to assume it was merely a matter of idiosyncrasy on the part of the person or persons in charge of such decisions for the army?
