Still, I've never discovered an electricity receipt in a hat before, lots of newspaper pages and such like but never something like this.
I actually wouldn't mind paying my utilities bills so much if the graphic design was as pretty as this one!

Who am I kidding, I still would mind, it's a rip off.

Well it could be a starting point to discover who the owner was and the organization he was in, if it relates to he actual owner,which I suspect there every chance it did, I can't imagine someone putting someone elses utility bill in their own cap
