    the maker logo looks like Weichseldorfer's in Vienna, see here:

    A post war civil cap imho.

    Edit: Have just checked my cupboard, could also be an early Bundesheer/B-Gendarmerie cap the buttons of which have been replaced:Bundesheer - B-Gendarmerie - Fotogalerien - Die B-Gendarmerie II
