Just think about it, how can the outside of this visor cap look so used yet it is virtually new condition inside. If anything the inside sweatband should be soiled as should the inside top of the cap. Could be that it was not issued I suppose. But the whole construction is wrong. I would suggest doing what I did, invest in some books on visor caps, there are some really good ones on the market they are not cheap but will save you a lot of money in the long run. Good luck.
