Great thread, these buckles are really interesting. Correct me If I'm wrong but I think I spotted a looted German buckle, denazified, actually being worn in wartime
Such type of buckle, actually made from an aluminum HJ buckle, existed in a Canadian collection
in the late 1970's.

I'm always glad to see another denazified buckle. When the buckle is also with a belt, it's doubly pleasant.
According to the seller, so he was removed from the attic. There is no reason not to believe him.
I was very surprised by the hook made of steel wire. So I'm thinking, leave it or put a normal aluminum one.
What do you think?
