This "Sonderarmscheibe" was worn on the left lower arm of the Uniform.

Hitler-Jungen from 15 yrs. on got this badge after learning to drive a motor-vehicle and after getting skills in repairing a Kfz, (Kraftfahrzeug), and skills in traffic rules and traffic signs.
