As these were awarded in black, bronze and silver, I think it is safe to say your example is a black one with a lot of the finish missing. I believe that M1/63 is the maker Steinhauer & Luck.

You have a good look, and you decide the grade.
The manufacturer is M1/63 which is for Steinhauer & Luck. You can weigh it if you like, I don't, other details tell me if it is original or not.
