I like multipiece armbands very much and this one looks ok to me (but I'm no expert)

interesting armband! never seen an rzm tag with printed No code like that, or a wool armband coming from the rzm?

i think the rzm theirselfs outlawed anybody making armbands in wool, i would be skeptical!
