HJ badge

Came across this small HJ badge the other day :-)
It is made of aluminum and quite small. It has the year 1937 written at the bottom.
My question is: what is it ??
Any help would be appreciated .

Nice badge , i like these , i have the 1936 & 37 by the same maker as yours , but my 1938 is by Redo. Still need the 34 (porcalain) , the 35 , 40,41,41,43 , great badges.
