HJ Banner for wall hanging

Found this interesting. Had never seen one before. I was wondering if anyone has seen one like this with the stick and string for wall hanging? It is one sided and printed.

hello inb USA.to be honest we also had in Latvia during ww2 some youth organisation wich used exactly like this armbands.will chek out wich one and let you know!

just can add info:-many and many Latvians escaped to USA after ww2.maybe belonged to one of them.......

Thank you for the help. I thought it was made from an armband but it does not have the sewn edges of an armband.

That organization were the Latvian flak helpers, the conscripts were teen boys born in 1927-1928, they aren’t realated to hj (hitler junngend), but there logo does resemble the hj logo. Raul
