L4 code Master saddler.. L2 code Leather gear factory.. The hooks are almost identical... What is the actual difference ??

I found this information from a previous post by Wim Saris:

Leather belts should have the L2 code when being a leather factory (Fabrikbetriebe): for example RZM Kernstück L2/.../35 (the year of manufacturing)
Or when the belts were made by hand as L4 (Sattlermeister/Handwerksbetriebe): for example RZM Kernstück L4/.../35.
