Ok thanks Nick, I think I'll go for the Oberrottenfuhrer (M-HJ) On another note, did the M-HJ go out on Kriegsmarine vessels? Coastal craft like M-Boots or R-Boots? Or did they transfer to the Kriegsmarine when they turned 18 and left the HJ? I've never really read anything about this side of the HJ. I always assumed they would join the W-SS.

Do you know of any former M-HJ cadets who went on to make a name for themselves in the Kriegsmarine? Any M-HJ Knights Cross holders? S-Boot skippers?
