HJ DJ pin/tinnie

not sure if the tinnie belongs here but since its for HJ stuff I figured it would be ok, if not let me know and I will edit the thread.

I have these two pieces in my collection. An early? DJ pin with black and red enamel. and a 1935 HJ rally tinnie, anyone have anymore info on these? Was DJ the predecessor to the HJ? I feel fairly confident they are both real, the DJ pin has nice patina and a maker mark.

I agree - both pieces look original.

The DJ were younger than HJ members - ages 10 to 14.
HJ were aged 14 to 18.........
