This is a Fur Leistungsabzeichen der H J (Hitler Youth Proficiency) Badge.
Maker I think is Karl Wurster (M1/34) and appears to be the Silver grade. I could be wrong.
IMO it looks good but definately wait for the experts. I also see some engraving, hopefully someone can help out with that as well.
I suggest you post this in the HJ sub-forum (under main Non-Combat Uniform and Related Insignia of the Third Reich forum). Might get a better response.
