I just received this HJ Membership Pin RZM M1/42. It does not look like the other pins I have. Opinions will be appreciated.

I would be suspect of this pin as well. It is not original IMO,
but wait for more educated responses........

Nothing to be sorry about. It kinda stands out like a turd in a punch bowl. Lesson learned: if pictures aren't clear, ask for more or steer a wide berth! At least it was a cheap lesson.

look at the red field,,it has no dimpling in it,,solid red fields are reproductions and the pin plate also is dead giveaway...

hi, i dont think this pin is a reproduction imho and the solid red enamel CAN be found on period pins!! hope you have not binned it? send it to me if you want i will even pay the postage!

I would have to have it in my hand but I like it as well. The pin attachment looks good to me. I numbers looks nice and crisp and the enamel does not bother me. I have been fooled before though but I will go out on a limb and say its a nice original. It would help my opinion more if you know its history and can advise where it came from as far as the seller.
