Questions on HJ Widukind badge

Hello,
Today I stopped by a garage sale was looking through the tables and was'nt comming across anything interesting. My eye then caught glimpse of this HJ badge on the corner of the table, I asked the sellers about it and they had no idea what is was and sold it to me for 5 dollars. Im not to sure of it either and have never seen any like this. I was wondering if anyone can give me some info on the badge and how much they run for.

A nice HJ tinnie. There are two versions of this tinnie, one in gold color and a silver version. 5 bucks was great bargain, Wietze sold one for much much more not long ago.
