The strap is from Bann 319 located in Ansbach, of the Sud Franken Gebiet. (source Handbook of the Hitler Jugend by W. Saris). It's a good post 1938 pattern General HJ strap. Value somewhere around 50 USD retail. For more photos and some background information on HJ Shoulder Straps check the blog site in my signature.
