    The plaque is still avaiable on British eBay for 10 Pounds

    Yes they have a load of them purchased from the manufacturing company Assmann in the 80s! I questioned them when I saw that it had been relisted

    The eBay seller is "theregaliashop" of Norfolk, England. You then have "The Regalia Specialist" also of Norfolk. The latter is known for the reproductions that it has sold for many years. After looking at both their offerings they are obviously the same outfit. Personally I would take the hoard story with a grain of salt, fabricated to catch out the unwary.

    Thank you, I have seen that on they're eBay account. However, they also sell badges made up of original parts for a lot less than an original but listed as exactly as original parts. Seems like a lot of effort to go through for the prices charged when they could just be trying to pass them off as originals. I don't know if they're selling original raw stamps or not but I'll keep looking at it and possibly get the metal checked which will probably confirm or deny it
