80s M1 helmet id

Seen a 80s m1 for sale liner,cover and straps all marked up as 80s the helmet is stamped 0152, who made it and when.

Shell is a Parish Division of Dana. The shell has a dent on the top and a stress crack running up the back in the area of the rear seam.
