Air Training Command Liner HELP!

hi guys this is my first post and i need help.. i do not have any pictures right now, but i hope to add some to this post.



i recently bought an interesting liner.. i believe it is from WWII as it does have the hole. the inside is not in good shape at all.. the leather headband is hard and cracking. the chin strap is missing..



that is the bad, here is the good (in my opinion)



in black marker or grease pen are the initials ARD on both sides of the inside of the liner..

the liner itself is blue with a white brim and trim. on both sides of the helmet outside are decals for the Air Command Training.



what to you think this could be and how rare, and what would the value be?

looks ok but not very rare could we see the inside ?

The exterior paint/graphics was probably done
sometime in the late 50's to the 70's, IMO.
