Hi mate I made the same mistake when i joined this forum i posted a M1 in the german militaria helmet section and wondered why i never got a reply for three days, then the penny dropped.
That there is different sections for
German militaria
Soviet
Western Allies
Imperial ect
All with there own sub forms where you can start a thread in any of these and get the best results.
In this case you should have scrolled down to western allies, then clicked on helmets, then notice it has a sub forum for M1s click that then start a thread and bingo!
Hope this has helped mate I don’t know how you are starting pols i don’t know how to do that.
I also had trouble with the picture upload but eventually managed.

Dom, no disrespect but how many threads are you going to create to ask the same question? It has been answered and asked 3-4 time minimum!

If you want to be sure you are getting a Schlueter then be sure the lid has an "S" stamp near the heat stamp, as has also been suggested in other of your threads I believe. If you are unsure of where to look for the "S" stamp, refere to the links that were suggested you read by 3-4 other forum members, they even have great photos and everything, it will be clear to you what to look for once you read through that material.
