Just want to confirm my suspicions that this is an Inland Liner.
Any thoughts?

It's hard to see the crown stamping in your first pic...
According to the M1 liner sticky:
Rough guide to the US M-1 liner & makers(E) INLAND MANUFACTURING DIVISION
Manufactured in Dayton, Ohio this “high pressure” manufactured M-1 helmet liner is identified by an embossed “INLAND” in the crown. Inland Manufacturing Division started M-1 helmet liner delivery to the US Army in September 1942. They produced approximately 1,900,000 M-1 helmet liners and converted about 75,000 liners to airborne configuration. Inland Manufacturing discontinued M-1 helmet liner production in 1943 when their manufacturing services were deemed better used elsewhere.
looks good, sept 1942,nice and clean too, jump on it as these dont come up so often, all the best dave.
Thanks moaning minnie. I got it yesterday from ebay for $80.00. I took a chance thinking it was an inland. Probably a little high priced.

BTW, how do you know the month & yr of manufacture?
in the book HELMETS OF THE ETO "in June 1942, cotton replaced rayon, with the ends still turned in" this is referring to the nape strap webbing area were the webbing is folded under the "A" washers.
for 80$ thats cheap my friend, enjoy dave.
Wow, what is the liner worth in your opinion?
tough question depends on where your looking personally on ebay ball park figure around $100-$120 and the reason for this because yes it has its original leather chinstrap BUT is without sweatband and nape, plus looks to have repainted postwar which most likely would effect the value, but this is only my opinion, still nice to own one, dave.
