hello, i went away on vacation and happened to stop at an antique shop. I found this korean war helmet for sale for $95. It has sewn on od7 chinstraps and is a rear seam but has no liner. I was on the border of getting it but thought the price may have been a little steap. any opinions?

It has U.S.A.A.F. on, so is up to 1947.

That same year it changed to U.S.A.F.

    However, I'm highly suspicious.

Good point Danny and to be fair that was your original query. Perhaps yes if it had the liner I would be Ok with the price, but just a shell I am not sure????
