M 1 Question

Hello

I got this helmet from a Vitanam veteran some time ago.

He is stronger worn and dirty but has, I think, very much charisma.

The color is this bright pout green with sand.

The shell itself is a front seam from World War II.

Can one say when this helmet was revised and received new color. I'm assuming that it is not the original WK2 color?

Really nice Vietnam war helmet. Yes it is a ww2 lid that did go through a reissue and I really like that liner.

It surely is a reissue as Marty said, they DID repaint it and recork it, but it's still cool to see some of the re-used helmets looking nice still!

The liner is a Pattern 1964.
