m1 helmet liner ?HOW EARLY?

i resently got a worls war 2 m1 helmt liner. i wanted to put it with my m1 helmet pot from another thread that is fixed bale. it has the green A washers and is in used condition. are the time period of these two helmet parts close. Help! thanks you.

green painted A washers are 1943. Also if you want a green buckle ww2 liner strap the are around $100 and are hard to find cheap.
