Hi Les and welcome, the obvious points are its a swivel loop not fixed, both shell and Liner have repaints maybe shell re-corked as well?webbing could b modern as the wear doesn't match the olive steel A washers, plus there's no dirt or dust inside the Liner which also would suggest being completely cleaned prior to re-webbing,shell chinstraps are original and carries the rarer iron raised buckle variant, leather chinstrap looks to be totally original, net could be wartime but easily postwar too, hope this has helped some what.
p.s nape looks original too,un-issued,sweatband can't tell without seeing mfg stampings.
Here's a pic of the sweatband markings.

I think there's a good chance the shell is NOS, the paint and texture look goodto me from these pics. The liner has the typical post-war glossy colour though, in use around the Korean war and I think the webbing suspension might be new.
Also, I think the camo net might be post-war Dutch.
Thanks for your input / opinions guys, I appreciate your help.

I am not a fan of the paint on the liner as being original.
I think it was re-painted.
Not 100% sure.
The shell is hard to tell from the photos.
Why dont you remove the net and take additional pics.
I'm pretty sure the paint on the shell is original WW2, texture and colour are identical to my original mint Schlueter M1 shells. The liner has the typical later (1950's) colour, which is more brownish and shinier than used in WW2.
I agree with earlymb- looks good based on the photos.
Very clean helmet.
