I also had a stack of those helmet covers......we used them as polishing rags on our cars!.... Funny how things seem so common and not thought of as worth keeping....

Common..... and cheap! 40 years later I still clearly remember leather skullcaps ( Type B flying helmets ) being sold at Kings Disposals in the city for $5.00 ( and they were that price and there for years ...... and fool me only bought ONE! )
