The store had a mix of good and bad things. Most items were overpriced but this one seemed reasonable to me and the shop owner was willing to haggle.
I saw the first picture some of those medals not sure.
I like haggling.

Yeah... Place was a mine field. The MG42 in the case was priced at $2.5K and the owner said he would go as low as $2,000
Nice lid at a reasonable price. Is the flocked coating still present on the exterior? This was designed to stop exposed skin freezing to it at sub-zero temperatures at high altitude. There should also be felt pads inside the earflaps but these are often missing.
