MY LATEST P64 m1 helmet liner!!!!

ok guys we all know that most of our forum members seem to lean towards ww2 era M1 lids which is a fair point,but for me the M1's history spanned much more than the first four years of its life which coincided with ww2,the other forty something sometimes gets some what overlooked,for me with cost etc i decided my passion would lay with postwar production and its directives,so here i present my newest member to the family.an un-issued p64 m1 helmet liner contract date 21june 1965,made by firestone.the sweatband too un-issued dated 1964.hope this is not too boring as im pleased to boot with it....Jake.

not boring for me. great p64 m1. these helmets still played a part in history too. they still make a good collection and when you start to read in to it. there so much more to post war era helmets.
