Named US WW2 Schlueter Swievel bail

Hello friends of M1 helmets
Ive bought this wonderful M1 WW2 shell for 40€
It is a frontseam WW2 type made by schlueter (Lot 192)
The shell was named to a PVT Valenzuela with the RA(see on the pictures)
The shell was found in a barn
It was complete silver overpainted
If anyone know more about the Soldier who owned this shell, let it me know
I want know who he was

The RA prefix indicates 1950s era.
Looks like it could have been a parade helmet due to the chroming.

Can't read the number but agree it is probably '50's.

In the NARA database I only found 1 Valenzoela but was an E4 rank (Corporal) and was awarded the Joint Service Commendation Medal in 1969. So doubt it is him.
