Allright thanks i got the us fixed bail for $9 and the liner for $20. Do you know how much the whole thing is worth helmet liner and all. You can see my helmet in one of my posts.

Ahh geeze I havn't bought a US helmet for years now so I can't help on pricing - last one for me was AU$50

Liner i would pay 20$ not much more. Shell what i can see fixed i would pay $75+ depends on paint and rust.. both bales there extra. M1's can still be found time to time in USA for pretty cheap if you bother to look around. Online is where higher dollars come in.

lol could i take that sweatband out and put an orignal ww2 one??

i would be very careful in trying this from the looks of your liner its been in there for sometime so you could run the risk of tearing the liner webbing as the clips over time cam become quite stiff !!!
