Very nice looking M1 ensemble, very well acquired.
This is what any avid collector strives for whether it be a novice or advanced,everything about this set just oozes pure delight on the eye.the toning/wear to all parts with the added net plus good images taken,a beautiful example of a WW2 Fixed Loop McCord set,proudly displayed in anybody's collection,congrats David for adding this little gem.

real steel..... Never really been a fan of American WW2 helmets. But honestly, that helmet is just plane awesome! It's perfect. I mean, it just seems to embody the American presence within the conflict. When I watch war movies, doc's or Hollywood, old or new, it's just this type of helmet, it's appearance, the rich color and netting, that catches the eye.

Great helmet, really looks like all the bits have always been together, (and having owned a few dodgy M1's ) a lot you see don't.
